About the Author
As of today Max Steele should be 94 years old, however he died on the Monday of August first in Chapel Hill. He has been awarded a number of acknowledgements such as the Harper Prize and the Saxton Memorial trust award. Steele attended Furman and Vanderbilt universities and the Sorbonne and Academic Julianne in Paris. Steele has written many other short stories and series including "Debby" and "Where she Brushed her Hair". Steele educated a few authors known today such as Randall Keenan and Laurence Naumoff. The author relates to the story because he was a teacher at one point in his life and he could have taught the way the teacher in the story does.
